Club Policies

The club has a number of policies that have been established over time. They are integral to the successful operation of the club. In addition, we have taken the opportunity to enrich certain policies that in recent years have become elevated in importance within the soccer community - we now have a Code of Conduct to Protect Children and an Accessibility and Inclusion policy which expands on our existing Equity and Inclusion policy (CBSCPOL16).

We have developed a club policy manual to provide one central document with all club policies. Latest update: June 2022.



Club Strategic Plan
The strategic plan has been developed as part of the club's ambitions to grow and achieve club excellence status. The plan is a 5-year strategic plan that will run until 2022, the plan contains 5 strategic goals and objectives within each that will help achieve it. The plan will be reviewed regularly at board meetings and will be overseen by the club's Operations Director.



Club Constitution
The club's constitution contains the rules and regulations that will govern the running of the club. This is a working document and has been established through the board of directors. Changes to the constitution are the decision of the board.



Management Structure
The club is governed by a board of directors. The board of directors are elected officials within the club membership and are voted upon at the club's AGM. Click below to view the current management structure.
