2024 Recreational Multi-Sports Summer Camp

 Our Recreational Multi-Sports Camp is run for participants who like to experience a variety of different sports along with other FUN activities as well. Camps will run from July until mid-August and be run out of St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field located just west of the Monarch Park swimming pool and/or Monarch Park Stadium.

Sports include soccer, football, frisbee, baseball, badminton, monkey in the middle, Olympic games,
a nature walk, swimming outings, etc.

Many of the coaches on hand will have Canadian B, C and/or UEFA Licenses and are 1st Aid Certified.


We have numerous canopy tents to accommodate and provide shade/shelter and/or on those sunny/drizzly days.  On other days where we might expect thunder, lightning and/or a steady downpour ... parents may be advised of cancellation and/or when unexpected weather conditions arise ... campers will be taken on a field trip and/or movie with cost to be split 50/50!

Week 1 (July 2nd - July 5th) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field - No Monday Camp July 1st
Week 2 (July 8th - July 12th) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field
Week 3 (July 15th - July 19th) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field
Week 4 (July 22nd - July 26th) NO Multi-Sports Camp ... 
reserved only for competitive soccer players U13 and older!


Week 5 (July 29th - August 2nd) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field
Week 6 (August 6th - August 9th) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field 
Week 7 (August 12th - August 16th) at St. Patrick Catholic School Turf Field 

Unfortunately, Week 8/9 (August 19th - August 30th) .... NO Camp Offerings!
(Junior coaches will be leaving and/or going back to Universities)

         Regular Camp Hours 9Am-4Pm
Participation Cost $300/week ($50 credit for shortened week)
           Extended Care for $50/Family: Early Drop-Off 8:00Am and/or Late Pick-Up 5:30Pm
        Attend a 2nd Week ... credit of $50 ... only $250/camper/player and/or 2nd Sibling Discount
​                  Attend a 3rd Week ... credit of $100 ... only $225/camper/player and/or a 3rd Sibling Discount
                 Participants must be born 2017 and must be 7 years old by June 30th, 2024 to be eligible to participate!
 

Note to Parents
The Club has run Summer Camp for the past 7 years and each year we have approx. 600 campers attend camp.
We endeavour to provide the most rewarding outdoor experience with our councillors and soccer coaches.
Whether your son/daughter attends the Recreational Multi-Sport and/or Competitive Soccer Camp, each week participants will be placed in age/size appropriate groups of 7-9 campers sometimes with 1-2 councillors/coaches.  

Please, trust our coaching staff to create a FUN & SAFE playing environment for all participants/players to enjoy. If you find something unacceptable please let us know and we promise to address it.  

Our Philosophy
 For those attending our "Sports Camp" we want them to experience different kinds of sports and activities and a chance to meet new friends. 
For those boys and girls who came to attend the "Soccer Camp" it's all about bonding as a team and becoming better soccer players. 
 
Cancellation Policy
The Club reserves the right to cancel programs when there are not enough registrants and/or to transfer players from team to team and/or offer alternative options such as time and/or days that might be suitable. Where this is not feasible due to such things as: lack of registrations, fields/gyms and/or coaches that are beyond the control of parents/players, a partial or full refund shall be issued.  Where a parent/player, guardian and/or other supporter becomes a danger towards the Club and/or Camp and its members (players, parents, coaches or other support staff) in a physical or verbal manner and/or threaten or jeopardize the good name and reputation of Club, they will be asked to leave the Club.  When there is such an occurrence of a member being asked to leave, one must remember to abide by those rules and/or the Club will be forced to contact the police to have that member removed from further participation. It's at the discretion of the Club whether a full, partial or no refund will be issued.  
 
Refund Policy
The Club and Camp agrees to give a full refund when such a request is received in writing with explanation for withdrawal via email 3 months prior to the commencement of the program (Summer Camp and/or other programs offered by the Club)less $25 Administration Fee for processing refund same manner it was paid. After this date and before the beginning of the program in question, NO refund should be issued, and it is at the Club's and its Camp officials discretion if a any credit and/or any refund will be issued.  Upon receiving a written request for refund along with reasonable explanation, Club and its officials will determine what the refund will be if any. NO refunds of any amount are issued once selected program has begun. Please understand that there are significant resources in play to host a Summer Camp ... booking field, hiring coaches ...insurance costs are unrecoverable and not transferable.  Best always is for you to put in writing why you could not attend so that we can review and give each registrant consideration in regards to a full or partial refund and/or credit. 

In the case of CBSC Rep players U9-U18 your Summer Camp fees (1-Week) are included in your Summer Rep team fees and are non-refundable.  Variable weeks are provided so that everyone should be able to attend their respective age group, so whether a player attends or not, NO refunds will be issued.  

Cancellation Fees will be calculated as follows:
Administrative Fee @ $25
CBSC Insurance Fee @ $30
Session Fee @ $50/Day  

 

Under normal circumstances, we will apply the above policies, however during unforeseen event such as a "pandemic situation" all of us will be governed by "Force Majeure" clauses and/or "Art of Frustration" conditions to resolve such issues. Both suppliers and buyers will have to be understanding, compromising and patient to ensure that each party can receive and/or provide the service that was advertised under these set circumstances!
