Players can look forward to:
6 Months of Soccer including Uniform from October 2025 to April 2026   
Under this House League Format, the emphasis is to let the children play the game of soccer when permitted!
All House League Games when permitted played on impeccable nice flat turf fields for all to enjoy.
Uniform (shirt, short & socks) & medal/trophy at the conclusion of the playoff season.
Players play recreational games when permitted with officiating to enforce a fun & safe environment for all to enjoy.
10-15 minutes of pre-game coaching/warm-up & followed by 45-50 minutes game format when permitted.
Boys/Girls will be assigned on teams in their respective year of birth.
Rosters will be made up as follows and we will only be offering the following age groups:
4/5 Year Olds (Under 6), 6/7 Year Olds (Under 8), 8/9 Year Olds (Under 10)
10/11/12 Year Olds (Under 13), 13/14/15 Year Olds (Under 16)
(No programming during Christmas Holidays, Family Day, March Break & Easter Weekends)

Those who want more training, we offer Summer & Winter Basic Development Programs and there is even Summer Friday Academy and Winter Academy Training for those seeking more competitive training. Please inquire. 
All-Star/Rep team coaches will identify competitive players who may be candidates for the indoor/outdoor competitive program.

Our club is a Not-For-Profit Organization.
As many of you are aware, youth soccer throughout Ontario depends heavily on parents and volunteers.
Parents like you, who volunteer their time and skills are key to a successful program.
For volunteer parents/coaches, you don’t need to have previous soccer experience. All you need is a community
spirit and enjoy working with kids. WE need Parents help coach H/L teams, the club provides basic
information and guidelines on our coaches’ website. If you are available and would like to help,
please contact the club.  Volunteer parents/coaches must adhere to coaching standards and be present
to coach on a consistent or part-time basis!

CBSC is unable to guarantee that Player-to-Play-With requests

Please note:
While the club will make every effort to accommodate each request,
the main focus of team-building is to balance teams, and so we cannot guarantee
that each play-together request will be granted. Player request must be reciprocated.
This means both players must write the friend's name on the box above the Player Request 
Unreciprocated requests will not be accepted.
All player requests maybe accommodated until September 15th
and placement on teams will be limited to 1 player only.

Note to Parents For House League Participation 
The Club endeavors to register sufficient participants in each age group. However, in some cases, we combine ages to have enough players to proceed. Our staff/coaches do carefully monitor situations where bigger players are playing against smaller players.

Please, trust our coaching staff to create a FUN and safe playing environment for all players to enjoy. The Club does take the time and effort to educate our coaches to be aware to challenge some players to play up and/or some players down. Such cases usually depend on maturity, engagement, and/or skill level.

Our Cherry Beach Soccer Club established in 2009, is fully sanctioned through the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) as a "Soccer Quality Standard Provider" and a member of the Toronto Soccer Association (TSA) as a not-for-profit organization run by dedicated volunteers with in-depth soccer knowledge about the beautiful game of soccer.
 
Since 2012, we have operated most of our Winter programming as an anchor tenant out of the Monarch Park Stadium (MPS) complete with a turf field and domed for the winter months.  We fully expect that in the next few years, our Club will grow to approx. 3000+ participants, making us one of the largest Clubs in Toronto. Our competitive program is already the 2nd largest contingent in Toronto.
Not too long ago we, we were voted as the 2nd best Club to join in TOBlog, TFC Junior was listed as #1, for their TFC Junior, but that was discontinued ... making us #1.  
Funny enough, our solial reviews are not the best, don't always trust waht disgruntled parents post ... at least on our webisite. 

Club Achievements
For our 16th year, the Club has over 3500+ players registered to play.  We offer Recreational House League games (90 teams in Winter & 120 teams in Summer), Development Training Programs (300-500 players) and/or Competitive Programming (45 teams some 650 players) for boys/girls from 4-16 years old and even adult programming at T1 and T2 (16 teams).  Recreational programs in Summer are offered at different locations Monarch Park Stadium, Birchmount Stadium, Cherry Beach Sports Fields and indoors we move into Monarch Park Stadium where we are an anchor tenant along with a number of sports facilities and gyms in the area.  Today some of our competitve teams are winning at every level and are some of the strongest teams around.  Club can boast about having two teams playing at the highest level with two teams CB Red Cheetahs U13G and CB Red Wolves U17B competing for 2025 Ontario Provincial titles. We expect our membership to grow to 4000+ participants with even more House League and even stronger competitive All-Star/Rep teams along with more Basic Development Training offerings and an ever-expanding Summer Camp and who knows a possible League 1 entry at some point.

House League Teammate Request Policy
The Club will allow only a like-for-like teammate request.  Cherry Beach will make every effort to accommodate placement on a team with 1 other registered player if requested at the time of registration. The request will only be honored if both players request one another for the same location, same time, and appropriate age group to be together.  Only 1 request will be accepted and both players must be registered and paid in full to accommodate the request.  As well, a Friend Request request must be made in the space provided on the online Registration Form at least 1 month prior to the start of programming to offer some certainty in accommodating such request.  Requests that are made after the fact via email, over phone or in person are impossible to trace and could lead to a request not being accommodated ... under such circumstances, we make no guarantees that we can accommodate!  

Cancellation Policy
The Club reserves the right to cancel programs when there are not enough registrants and/or to transfer players from team to team and/or offer alternative options such as time and/or days that might be suitable. Where this is not feasible due to such things as lack of registrations, fields/gyms, and/or coaches that are beyond the control of parents/players, a partial or full refund shall be issued.  Where a parent/player, guardian, and/or other supporter becomes a danger to the Club and its members (players, parents, coaches, or other support staff) in a physical or verbal manner and/or threatens or jeopardizes the good name and reputation of Club, they will be asked to leave the Club.  When there is such an occurrence of a member being asked to leave, one must remember to abide by those rules, and/or the Club will be forced to contact the police to have that member removed from further participation. It's at the discretion of the Club whether a full, partial or no refund will be issued.  If a uniform has been provided, players who have been provided a uniform must return this supplied uniform in a good state whether there is a refund or none granted.

Credit/Refund Policy
The Club agrees to give a full refund (less credit/debit charges) if and only when such a request is received in writing with a full explanation for withdrawal via mail and/or email 3 months prior to the commencement of any program (House League, Development Programs, Camps etc, but a $30 Cancellation/Administration Fee will be applied. Once 3 months in and/or when any programming has started, it's at the Club's (senior mgt) absolute discredtion whether any Full, Partial Refund and/or if any Credit may be issued. Withdrawal reasons could be for any number of reasons ... health, injury, scheduling conflicts, family circumstances, change of program, quality of programming ... it will be decided at our discretion.  In certain circumstances, the answer may be NO due to the fact that we are too far into the actual season, not wanting to go back into recruitment mode and/or no Wait-List to turn to.  With others like health, injury ... real dire circumstances, we might give it consideration ... in some cases we might consider a split or sessions attended , we might give it consideration with again Upon receiving a written request for a refund along with a reasonable explanation, the Club and its officials will determine what the refund will be if any. NO refunds of any amount are issued once we are beyond the halfway point of the season. Soccer is a contact sport and there could be injuries and/or injuries and/or health issues that requires may require a player to stop playing. Please understand that there are significant resources, and fixed and variable costs in play to place a player on a roster and/or to process a cancel/refund for him or her.   Insurance and uniform costs are unrecoverable and not transferable, and any practice/game sessions attended or held are not refundable.  For any sessions to be credited, again at our discretion, we must be notified 48 hours before the start of the session.  
Any Refunds will always be processed in the same manner as the original payment and/or as agreed in advance.

Administrative/Cancel Fee @ $30
Player Insurance Fee @ $30
Game/Training Session Fee @ $30/session
House League/Development Uniform Fee @ $40
