We are pleased to announce our indoor soccer skills/drills in a healthy sporting environment
and a chance to meet new friends.
Our Basic Development training program sessions is offered on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday
on a really nice Turf field out of Monarch Park Stadium

The facility is complete with an indoor track, a Club House, change rooms, showers
 (off-limit for now) and washrooms.

Located just one block south of Danforth/Coxwell TTC subway stop and just north of Gerrard Street,
it is accessible to all those living Downtown, East York and the Beaches!

NOTE:
Our Club is a Not-For-Profit Organization.
All our coaches are experienced and accredited professionals in the field of Soccer/Football!
Basic Development Programs are offered in Summer and Winter

We do offer different types of Development Programs:
Basic Development Program for the beginner & recreational (House League) player.
More advanced players need to look into the competitive stream (All-Star/Rep) and contact respective competitive coaches and tryout. 

Indoor Programming at Monarch Park Stadium from and to:
Members subscribing for 6 months (October-April at $625) will receive 22 weeks of programming
Members who subscribed for 3 the seasonal plan (October-January) and/or (January-April) at $425 will receive only 11 weeks each of programming! 
Monday October 16th until April 15th
       Wednesday October 18th until April 17th
  Saturday October 21st until April 20th
Sunday October 22nd until April 21st
(No programming during Christmas Holidays, Family Day & Easter Weekends)

Winter Development Program (Skills & Drills) 
Come & join our ongoing and unforgettable FUN soccer experience for 6 months.
Practice/Train 1x/week during the week or weekend (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday)
Players are required to attend only on the day you have chosen or registered for, club will not allow members to
attend any day due to missing the session because of holidays, family engagement or other reason.
Each player will be grouped according to their age and skill level 4/5, 6/7, 8/9,10+ year olds etc.
Practice sessions for Children/Youth may vary from 40-55 minutes.

• Development training sessions from experienced & certified coaches.
• The emphasis under this format is DEVELOPMENT – Skills & Drills.​
• Practice & scrimmage sessions when permitted arranged by mixed (boys/girls) age groups: 4/5, 6/7, 8/9, 10+.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer Development programming for Toddlers 2-3 year olds!
• Development Programming will only be offered to players who will be turning 4 years old and/or born in 2016!
• 4-5 year olds: FUN, FUN, FUN – motor skills development, engagement with coach, teammates... intro to soccer ball & game.
• 6-9 year olds: FUN, FUN – fitness, agility, learn about positioning & learning basic ball skills like passing, dribbling, shooting
• 10+ year olds: Still FUN – with emphasis on ball skills as well as positional play, distribution, tactics, heading etc.
• Sessions are not only about skills & drills, but also scrimmages/game format when permitted within the 50-55 minutes training. 
• Each week players are assigned pinnies (bibs) to create equal & balanced competitive teams, where applicable and permitted.
• Players are encouraged not to bring their own ball since Club will provide a soccer ball or it may be lost in the mix!

NOTE: Game uniform, soccer ball and/or awards are not provided in this development format.

Club coaches may attend practices/games to identify players who may be ready for Advanced Development and/or All-Star/Rep programs

Note to Parents for Basic Development Participation
The Club endeavors to register sufficient participants in each age group. However, in some cases, we combine ages in order to have enough players to proceed.
Our coaches carefully monitor situations where bigger players are playing against smaller players.

Please, trust our coaching staff to create a FUN and safe playing environment for all players to enjoy. The Club does take the time and effort to educate our coaches to be aware to challenge some players to play up or down all based on maturity, engagement, and/or skill level.

Our Cherry Beach Soccer Club established in 2009, is fully sanctioned through the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) as a "Soccer Quality Standard Provider" and a member of the Toronto Soccer Association (TSA) as a not-for-profit organization run by dedicated volunteers with in-depth soccer knowledge about the beautiful game of soccer.
 
Since 2012, we have operated most of our Winter programming as an anchor tenant out of the Monarch Park Stadium (MPS) complete with a turf field and domed for the winter months.  We fully expect that in the next few years, our Club will grow to approx. 3000+ participants, making us one of the largest Clubs in Toronto. Our competitive program is already the 2nd largest contingent in Toronto.
We were recently voted as the 2nd best Club to join in TOBlog, TFC Junior was listed as #1, but is no longer ... making us #1.

Club Achievements
For our 12th year, the Club had over 2000+ players registered to play.  Recreational players boys/girls from 4-16 years old (1200 players), some 45+ competitive All-Star/Rep boys/girls teams who play T1 and T2 soccer (500+ players) along with adult Open 18+ T1/T2 Divisions (500 players). The Club placed a number of our teams in the highest level of competition in the OSA's I-Model (replaces CSL) with many having great performances this year. For the 1st time in our history, we have now created several new recreational All-Girls U8, U10, and now a U13 Division as well. We had our 1st ever team our CB Monarchs U17B  reach the finals only to lose and miss out on nationals.  We expect our membership to grow to 3000+ participants with even more House League and more competitive All-Star/Rep teams along with more Basic Development offerings and an ever-expanding Summer Camp.

Development Teammate Request Policy
No need to request to be with a friend since there are no set teams, just Skills & Drills done together and a scrimmage at the end.
 Keep in mind that our Cherry Beach development classes are not that large, so your son and/or daughter in all likelihood will be in the same class as long as they are registered for the same day, time, place, and program and are of the same age group.  Keep in mind that our coaches may at times split the groups based on ability, age, size, boys, girls, and other factors. 
 
Cancellation Policy
The Club reserves the right to cancel programs when there are not enough registrants and/or to transfer players from team to team and/or offer alternative options such as time and/or days that might be suitable. Where this is not feasible due to such things as a lack of registrations, fields/gyms, and/or coaches that are beyond the control of parents/players, a partial or full refund shall be issued.  Where a parent/player, guardian, and/or other supporter becomes a danger to the Club and its members (players, parents, coaches, or other support staff) in a physical or verbal manner and/or threatens or jeopardizes the good name and reputation of Club, they will be asked to leave the Club.  When there is such an occurrence of a member being asked to leave, one must remember to abide by those rules, and/or the Club will be forced to contact the police to have that member removed from further participation. It's at the discretion of the Club whether a full, partial or no refund will be issued.  If a uniform has been provided, players who have been provided a uniform must return this supplied uniform in a good state whether there is a refund or none granted. 

Credit/Refund Policy
The Club agrees to give a full refund if and only when such a request is received in writing with an explanation for withdrawal via mail and/or email 3 months prior to the commencement of the program (House League, Development Programs, and/or Winter Camp) less $25 Cancellation/Administration Fee. NO refund should be issued when notified less than 3 months prior and it is at the Club's and its official's discretion if any credit and/or any refund will be issued.  Upon receiving a written request for a refund along with a reasonable explanation, the Club and its officials will determine what the refund will be if any. NO refunds of any amount are issued once we are beyond the halfway point of the season. Please understand that there are significant resources, and fixed and variable costs in play to place a player on a roster and/or to process a refund for him or her.  Insurance and uniform costs are unrecoverable and not transferable and any practice/game sessions attended or held are not refundable.  For any sessions to be credited, again at our discretion, we must be notified 48 hours before the start of a session. 
Any Refunds will always be processed in the same manner as the original payment and/or as agreed in advance. 
 
Cancellation Fees will be calculated as follows:
Administrative Fee @ $25
Insurance Fee @ $30
Game/Training Session Fee @ $25/session
House League Uniform Fee @ $40
Where a uniform (House League Program) has been provided 
NO refund will be issued until it is returned!
