REP SOCCER PLAYER TRYOUTS: FOR PLAYERS BORN IN 2005 and 2006 The Cherry Beach Tigers are a strong team having played in both the TSA and CSL leagues. During 2020 we won all scrimmage games allowed under Covid 19 restrictions, including against older CSL teams. If you are looking for a welcoming, tight, competitive team who takes the game seriously but also has fun, the Tigers are where it's at. Our goal is to build the Tigers to two full teams over the next year. Both teams will practice together. Having two 2005-2006 teams within one club allows for great bench strength during the summer months. This helps to ensure we can consistently compete at the highest level possible. It also gives players room for growth with the option of playing on a TSA competitive rep team and/or possibly the higher CSL level. The team is fortunate to be coached by Head Coach Elton (Toni) Ali for many years now. Coach Toni played professionally in the 1st & 2nd Division European League from 1991-2003, and 5 years as Team captain in Europe.
