Volunteer
The Club is always looking for volunteers to help with the Indoor and Outdoor Season. We take both youth and adult volunteers as coaches, assistant coaches and to help with large Club events. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact John Hendriks at info@cherrybeachsoccer.com
The CBSC is a non-profit organization, run by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The following are ways that you can ensure that your soccer club is prosperous by volunteering your time!
Coach or Assistant Coach:
The Club uses volunteer coaches for all levels of soccer. Coaches give players the skills they need to excel at soccer and have fun while playing.
Volunteers are also needed to fill Assistant Coaching positions for both Indoor Season and Outdoor Season.
If you are interested in Competitive Soccer please fill out the Coach Application Form.
If you are interested in Recreational Soccer please fill out the Coach Application Form or indicate that you want to volunteer through Online Registration Form when you register your child or contact Miguel Rodriguez at 416-367-1313
CBSC Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors is responsible for the running of the Club. These important volunteers are voted into their positions by the CBSC membership at our Annual General Meeting.
General Volunteer:
You can also volunteer to help out the Club with administrative duties, registrations, receiving of equipment, etc. Cherry Beach Soccer Club is looking for volunteers for the following dates:
- September: end of season Volunteer
- September: Medal/Trophy Presentation
- October: Coaching Information Packages Distribution
*Full day and half day opportunities are available

Volunteer Screening
Competitive Coaches and Managers- Applicants for Competitive coaches and managers are required to complete and submit this form
- Applicants for Recreational coaches may volunteer online during their child's registration process, or by contacting the club at info@cherrybeachsoccer.com
- All volunteer coaches and managers are required to complete a volunteer application.
The following positions require the completion of a Police Check form every 3 years under the "Vulnerable Sector Screening Program"
- Recreational coaches who are not parents of players, and all coaches (including parents) in the U18 divisions.
