Important Notice: Club Registration & Website Transition Update
Hello Members, Players, Parents, Guardians, Coaches, and Managers,
Thank you for your continued support of Cherry Beach Soccer Club over the past 16+ years since our establishment in 2009.
Over the years, we have worked closely with the GOALLINE platform for our website, communications, player registrations, and payment processing. While the platform has served the club well for many years, we have also recognized the need for a more modern, user-friendly system with stronger customer support.
Recently, GOALLINE, owned by StackSports, informed us that all GOALLINE support and services will officially end on May 31st, 2026. In addition, as of May 15th, 2026, clubs will no longer be able to make edits or accept new registrations through the platform. This short notice has required us to move quickly during one of the busiest registration periods of the year.
After careful consideration, we have decided not to transition to ‘Stack Sports’ alternative platforms due to the limited notice provided and increased transaction fees.
We understand this transition may create some concerns; however, please rest assured that:
Effective Friday, May 15th, 2026, registration through the GOALLINE platform will no longer be available.
We are pleased to announce that Cherry Beach Soccer Club has partnered with PowerUp, the registration platform used by Ontario Soccer and many clubs across the province. Our team is currently building a new and improved website and registration system designed to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for all members.

Our goal is to have the new PowerUp registration system operational beginning May 16th, 2026, while the temporary website may remain under the existing GOALLINE domain until May 31st.
Once the PowerUp platform is live, all members will be required to create a new account by selecting the “Sign Up” tab on the right-hand side of the screen. To ensure your registration history and account information can be properly transferred, please use the same email address previously associated with your GOALLINE account.
For anyone still wishing to register, we strongly encourage completing your registration through the current GoalLine platform before May 15th (tomorrow) to avoid any interruption during the transition period.
Competitive Program Update
Competitive All-Star/Rep evaluations and tryouts began earlier this month, with some teams still holding assessments. Please contact your respective team directly for additional tryout information.
Recreational Program Update
House League and Basic Development uniforms have arrived. Information regarding uniform pickup, team placement, schedules, and season details will be shared shortly. Programs are scheduled to begin the week of June 1st.
Summer Camps
We are excited to continue offering our Multi-Sport and Soccer Summer Camps throughout July and August at St. Patrick’s Catholic School Field, located beside Monarch Park Pool.
Finally, this new system will also help improve communication management for families, including reducing unnecessary notices sent to former members whose children have aged out of the club.

- All registrations completed through GoalLine before May 15th have been securely captured.
- Recreational program registrations, payment records, coaching requests, friend requests, and program selections have all been retained.
- Competitive team registrations and player information have also been fully secured.
