Cancellation Policy

 

The club reserves the right to: 

  • Cancel programs due to low registration 
  • Combine or transfer players between groups 
  • Offer alternate days or times when necessary

Where programming cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the club’s control, partial or full refunds may be considered. 

Any parent, player, guardian, or supporter displaying: 

  • Verbal abuse 
  • Physical threats 
  • Behaviour harmful to the club environment 

May be removed from participation.

Refund eligibility in these situations remains at the discretion of the club. 

Players issued club uniforms may be required to return in good condition where applicable.

Credit & Refund Policy

Full refunds less a $30 administrative fee may be issued when written notice is received at least 3 months prior to the start of programming.

After this period:

  • Refunds or credits are not guaranteed
  • Decisions are made at the discretion of club senior management 
  • Requests are evaluated individually based on circumstances 

Possible reasons considered may include: 

  • Injury or health concerns 
  • Scheduling conflicts 
  • Family circumstances 
  • Program concerns or changes

Please note:

  • Soccer is a contact sport and injuries can occur 
  • Registration involves significant staffing, facility, roster, and insurance commitments 
  • Refund requests are time-stamped and reviewed individually

Cancellation Fee Structure 

Where applicable, cancellation deductions may include: 

  • Administrative Fee: $30 
  • Insurance Fee: $30
  • Training/Game Session Fee: $30 per session
  • Uniform Fee: $40
  • Soccer Ball Fee: $15

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances 

In situations involving global pandemics such as COVID-19 or other unforeseen events; programming, credits, and refunds may be governed by

Force Majeure or Act of Frustration conditions. 

The club will work with families in a fair and reasonable manner under these circumstances while balancing operational commitments and program delivery.
